Chocolate Cupcake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 cup light brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon salt

  • 2 large eggs at room temperature

  • 1 cup buttermilk (combined 1tsp white vinegar and milk)

  • 1/2 cup coffee in warm water

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mixed all dry ingredients and wet ingredients.

  2. Pour in 1/2 cup of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Then pour the rest gradually while mixing. Do not over mix.

  3. In a cupcake pan, put in cupcake sheets and pour mixture until half full. Please do not over pour, once your cupcake cooks, it will rise and over flow on the pan.

  4. Put in a preheated oven of 170C for 15-20mins or until toothpick is clean.

  5. Rest in room temperature until completely cold before adding on frosting.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
