Chicken Burger Patty

1/2 kilo ground chicken breast

Garlic pouder

Onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Mushroom Sauce

1 small can button mushroom

Flour, butter and milk for the roux

beef stock or beef cubes

salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients for the chicken burger patty.

Form a circle and fry in pan with oil.

After frying, set aside.


Create roux for the mushroom sauce.

Add mushrooms and simmer for a minute

Pour in the chicken burger patty.
