Mommy KM's Super Moist Banana Muffins

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
6 large ripe mashed bananas
6 Tbps coconut oil
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbps milk
1 cup white and dark chocolate chips
Procedure:
Combine all dry and wet ingredients. Mix together in a stand mixer.
Preheat oven at 250 deg C.
Arrange cupcake liners and pour in mixture to full.
Put in oven at 5mins for the top to turn crisp then, turn temperature to 175deg C for another 20mins or till toothpick is clean.
Let it rest and cool, ready to serve.
